bismillahirrahmanirrahim...
usai sudah 3 paper exam..tggal 1 lagi!!
x sabar dah nak blik ni!
math..math...
lepas exam chem xd,cam xder semangat jer nak study...
macam2 la alasan lau x de mood...
n yang pling jelesnyer,kgkawan yang x amek chem,da abes study math!!
ALAMAK JELESNYER!!!
aku baru nak stat study..


tapi.....................................
tolonglah sahabatmu sorang ni,pnyakit lamer datang kmbali...
tolongla ubati...
pyakit M amat terkenal dikalangan student2..
x kira la student sekola rendh ker,menengah ker,u ker...
bila datang jer pyakit ni,mula la..
nazak dikemudian hari..


ape2 jer la entry kali ni..
nak ilangkan tension jawab chem xd..
"cikgu,susahla chem xd!!!!!,nak nanges jer bila teringat..."
tapi life must go on...x kisahla ape berlaku...
just tawakkal tu 'alallah...n doa...


ni care2 bagi nak ilangkan tension..kiut kan???
tergelak tgok..lakukan dgn sepenuh hati..he2..


Lakukan dalam masa 7 minit sahaja.
Selamat mencuba...


1) Senaman ala taichi, sebagai warming up.

2) Untuk melegakan bahu dan leher.

4) Gerak ke kanan, kemudian ke kiri.

7) Tepuk kuat-kuat di dahi. Erk!
